About Spiritual Manna
Spiritual Manna was created out of a call to help ministry teams become more effective. Borne out of a Doctoral Thesis at Asbury Seminary, Dr. Lewis C. Holland developed a gifts-based program for selecting ministry teams and putting the right people in the right place within a church. Dr. Holland's son, Jody, owns MuRF Systems - a web-based assessment company targeted at putting the right employees in the right place. As the idea of Spiritual Manna grew, the Hollands knew that if technology and gifting could come together, the God's Kingdom could grow.
